- Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit
- 4 GB RAM minimum, 8 GB recommended
- 500 MB free disk space for the client and local index
- A broadband connection; uploads throttle automatically
- Administrator rights for installation
Installation
- 1. Run the installer and accept the elevation prompt.
- 2. Sign in with your account, or create one during setup.
- 3. Select the drives and folders you want protected.
- 4. Choose Standard protection or Private Key Mode.
- 5. Leave it running — the first full backup may take several days.

Verifying your download
Each release is published with a SHA-256 checksum and a signed installer. Compare the checksum before running the installer:
